To our Valued Customers
Due to high volume of customer inquiries, we have set up new priorities for customer requests:
1) Walk in customers
2) Phone calls (Technical between 9-10am ONLY)
3) Emails: please allow 1-3 day return time. If it’s an urgent matter and you have not yet had a response, please call the shop for faster service.  We apologize for any inconvenience; we are overwhelmed and trying our best to get back to everyone.We appreciate the opportunity to quote large builds including superchargers, motor combinations, suspension, fuel systems and so on, please call to schedule an appointment as we are unable to put these quotes together over the phone or via email.  On big quotes we require a $50 down payment which will be applied to the work order when we set up your job.  Unfortunately we spend a lot of time quoting jobs while we have a waiting list to get cars and jobs into the shop.

While we don’t mind giving advice to make sure your vehicle is running as well as possible, we must take care of the customers that are coming to the shop to have work accomplished on their cars first, otherwise we will get backed up for miles.  DaSilva Racing enjoys a great clientele with over 5000 satisfied customers, because of the great response to the work we’ve done in the past.  We believe by prioritizing the work, we will take better care of those customers and hopefully gain new ones.
