Here at DaSilva Racing, we stand by the products we advertise. Most of our manufacturers offer industry-leading warranties to put you (the customer) at ease when shopping for product. Though we can not offer an extended warranty for the products we sell, we do honor all warranties issued by our manufacturers. Industry standard warranties are generally 3 months to 1 year. We have partnered with several manufacturers who offer extended warranties up to LIFETIME coverage. All known warranties are listed on individual product pages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Though we do uphold warranties offered by our manufacturers, we can not offer warranties on labor. Whenever possible, we do everything we can to avoid the need for warranty work by connecting with reputable manufacturers and selling only the best this industry has to offer. We always do what we can to reduce installation costs for warranty replacements but can not assume financial responsibility when a product fails due to manufacturer defects.
Items being returned due to manufacturer defects will be replaced at no charge, pending approval from the manufacturer. If you believe you have received an item that was not meant for your model year vehicle, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have a replacement brought in immediately. Please make sure to inspect the components of your package within 48 hours of receiving them as it is more likely that a claim will be accepted with our manufacturers. Purchases made 3 months or further from the claim date will be evaluated and issued as credit only, if applicable.
Items being returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind will be subject to a 2% processing fee. In some cases returns will be subject to up to 20% restocking fee. Items being returned will be inspected for damage or signs of having been installed prior to issuing credit.
Any items that have been painted post delivery can not be accepted for refunds. Please ensure that all products requiring paint are properly fitted before being painted as our manufacturers do not accept returns on painted products unless it was painted by them. We have a few manufacturers with paint facilities and will offer warranty on pre-painted products, however this does not cover labor.
We make every effort to keep labor costs as reasonable as possible for all jobs. Whenever possible, we will reduce labor charges for warranty claims to help offset the cost but please understand that this is cutting into our own costs in order to benefit our customers as we do like to offer the best customer service available. In these cases, labor costs are issued only to cover the cost of our technician(s).
Factory Warranty Disclaimer
Some aftermarket performance components may void factory warranty. If you are concerned with this, please check with your local dealership prior to scheduling installations with DaSilva Racing. We do our best to give you advance notice of possible warranty discrepancies but we do not carry any authority over factory warranties so please consider our advice as a courtesy gesture.
Please be advised that increasing horsepower to your vehicle also increases the chances of alternate components failing. We have many years of experience and do our very best to ensure proper function of every component, however aged components can fail and we can not accept responsibility for replacing worn parts upon failure.
